Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) offers an exceptionally sensitive platform for detecting chemicals and biomolecules, with demonstrated success across various sensing applications, including heavy metal detection and disease biomarker analysis. In particular, SERS-based biosensors have emerged as a powerful tool in the field of disease diagnostics. Building on this foundation, we have recently achieved highly sensitive biomolecule detection using SERS techniques.
In this presentation, the wide-ranging applications of SERS-based bioassays for biomolecular analysis, emphasizing their remarkable sensitivity, versatility, and diagnostic potential will be introduced.
